About Me

Welcome to my website! I am a media professional with a bachelor's degree in journalism with a minor in public relations from Boston University.
From July to December 2024, I worked as a multiplatform editor at the Boston Globe through the publication's six-month co-op program. Now, I am a homepage messenger, sending breaking news alerts on the app, writing social media posts, editing the Globe's website to reflect trending stories, and pulling and editing important wire stories from the Associated Press or The New York Times. In the spring of 2024, I was the managing editor at The Daily Free Press, Boston University's student-run newspaper, where I edited and fact-checked more than 300 articles across all sections. I'm also a published writer at the publication.
While pursuing my degree, I was also an office assistant at Boston University's Department of Journalism, the audience and engagement chair at Back Bay Publishing Company, and an account executive for a nonprofit organization. I contributed news articles to The Swellesley Report and the Natick Report, which are local, nonprofit news organizations. My passion for effective communication can help any organization communicate its message.
